Payment & SecurityWe accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover via
Stripe. They are PCI compliant, and enforce HTTPS protocol for all transactions. They (and we) take
security very, very seriously.
Sales TaxSorry, but we have to charge a 6.35% sales tax when we ship to a CT address.
ShippingWe bust our asses to get your order shipped out (via USPS Priority) within 3 business days - maybe a little more if the holidays are involved. We'll send you an email with a tracking number. Add in 2-3 days for transit, and you should receive your order within 7 days. If it doesn't, please reach out to us. It's possible that your order slipped through the cracks, or that it was somehow lost in transit. We'll get it sorted out, don't worry.
We want to make sure your products arrive safe & sound, and looking as good as when they left, so we usually use some sort of packing material. But here's the deal, we also don't want to ruin the planet so whenever possible, we reuse any shipping materials we get. That means that one time you may get brown kraft paper packed around your soap, and the next time it may be bubble wrap, or those funky biodegradable peanuts (have you ever seen those things?). But rest assured we're not buying the stuff, just passing it along. If you're so inclined, we encourage you to do the Earth a solid & pass the shipping materials on when
you ship something.
Returns & RefundsWe stand 100% (and more!) behind our products. But sometimes shit happens. In that case, unused, unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact

CouponsEvery once in a while we will send out coupon codes via our Newsletter (yes, we have a newsletter.
Sign up here!), Facebook or Instagram. These will be valid for a limited time, and cannot be applied after a purchase is made. It's strictly "use it or lose it". Additionally, we'll occasionally issue open ended coupons (in rare instances) as a "Holy Hell You're A Great Person" sort of gift, or if we really, really screw up, lol. Either way, those coupons won't expire, but still can't be applied once a purchase is made. You have to enter it at the time of purchase. Them's the breaks.
